I struggled with managing work stress, which took me away from the relationships that mattered most to me. I didn’t realize how close I was to losing them. It’s been four months since I last met with Matthew, and I have my life back. I still reference our notes and incorporate the tools he taught me into my daily routines. Dr. Mandelbaum is kind, fair, and incredibly attentive. I appreciated how much thought he put into our sessions and could tell he was thinking about my case between them. He always came prepared with new information, wasn’t afraid to try new approaches, and quickly adjusted when something didn’t resonate. Our time together has afforded me a clearer, happier, more sustainable, and balanced life.
