I struggled with managing work stress, which took me away from the relationships that mattered most to me. I didn’t realize how close I was to losing them. It’s been four months since I last met with Matthew, and I have my life back. I still reference our notes and incorporate the tools he taught me into my daily routines. Dr. Mandelbaum is kind, fair, and incredibly attentive. I appreciated how much thought he put into our sessions and could tell he was thinking about my case between them.
