I am a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience helping thoughtful individuals better understand themselves and the challenges they face. My work often focuses on people who are successful and perceptive but feel stuck in their emotional well-being, relationships, or life direction.
Many of my clients are professionals in fields such as business, technology, law, healthcare, education, and the arts, as well as university students navigating important life transitions. People typically seek therapy when something in life no longer feels sustainable, and they want greater clarity about how to move forward.
In our work together, my goal is to help you quickly feel understood while identifying patterns, exploring deeper experiences, and developing practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.
My Approach to Therapy
My work combines clinical expertise with a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with trauma-informed care to create a personalized approach for every client. This allows us to explore how past experiences may be shaping present challenges while also developing practical tools that support emotional regulation and resilience.
