Dr. Mandelbaum listens to me. I like the advice and exercises he gives me. I enjoy them and they help me. I feared people after experiencing trauma. He helped me understand that if you look the part, it doesn’t mean you will act in a certain way. I now believe that who you are is not necessarily defined by how you look. I feel more comfortable in the world. Discussions with Dr. Mandelbaum made me feel good and are enlightening. I am more relaxed, sleep better, continue to work with my medial doctors on medications and have improved my relationships, too.
